Orders
Orders may be placed via this website.  All material ordered via the website will be eligible for a discount of 10%.  To redeem this discount, please review the home page for directions. 

Orders may be placed by phone. Please call 03 9736 2412 during office hours, 9am-5pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Orders may be emailed to resources@crca.org.au.

Orders may be faxed to 03 9736 2654.

Pricing
The prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice.  All shipping charges are determined by Australia Post - parcel post and passed on to the customer. 

Return Policy
If, for any reason, the material you purchased from us is not suitable, it may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.  Returned material is credited according to invoice number and must be unused and in clean, salable condition.  Any shipping charges will still be payable.

Back Orders
Back orders may take up to 6 weeks, however, they usually come a lot earlier.

Accounts
CRCA Resources will send material out with an invoice to be paid on account, however with new customers we may ask to receive payment first until we have established a retail relationship with the customer.  CRCA Resources reserves the right to refuse an account request, or suspend accounts which are overdue.
